

Overview
This week, we turn our focus to becoming more aware of the negative habitual choices we make. Through our awareness, we place ourselves in a vulnerable state of mind to speak out and acknowledge these negative choices. This will propel us forward to the first step in getting help and stopping the faulty trend of today’s negative habitual pressures.
Focus for the week: “I Am Practicing Healthy Habits!”
Let’s replace the bad habits with the positive ones. Now let’s look at some bad habits we don’t consciously know we have. These habits are found by outsiders. What is that thing you do that everyone always say you do that may be hindering your growth? For instance, most of the people I met use to tell me I was arrogant. I used to think for a long time they were mistaking my confidence for arrogance. I finally looked within myself and realized I needed to truly humble myself. After looking inwards, I was able to make the necessary changes. I was still confident, but the “arrogance” was finally no longer a complaint.
