Overview
This week, we will focus on your inner ability to balance and prioritize your life. Through the creation of your own personal day to day schedule of the activities you’ll need to complete, you will create a day to day plan of action. Once you’ve completed your day to day schedule, you will be encouraged to meet each task accordingly.
Focus for the week: “I Am Balanced!”
Take the goals, milestones, and steps created from last week’s session and add them to the day to day activity and time chart to follow.
