Overview
The purpose of this week is to dig deep to define who you are. It’s kind of like introducing yourself to you! It allows you to become fully aware of who you believe yourself to be, your current position in life, your impacting positive qualities, and your major and minor dislikes about yourself. The purpose also broadens to the introduction of a clear pathway to expand your positive attributes—reversing your negative attributes into a positive promise. The practice of this will elevate your perception of you.
Focus for the week: “I Am Great”
This week be sure to take your time getting to know yourself through spending more time with YOU. For example, what do you enjoy doing? What makes you happy? How do you reach a safe mental space when things are going wrong? Get to know these things about you. Take yourself out and enjoy being happy, safe, and comfortable with you and only you.
