

Overview
The purpose of this week is to bring awareness to the roles we play in the cause of positive energy depletion. Bringing awareness to the responsibilities we have in our own personal situations, enhances our ability to accept accountability for our actions. Furthermore, accepting accountability will help us mend meaningful broken relationships while experiencing personal growth. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves.
Focus for the week: “I Am Accountable!”
Make a list of the people you feel has wronged you in unrepairable ways. Think of the exact details of the event which caused the demise of your relationship with that person. This is not a blame game exercise; however, you want to focus on the role you played in the situation. What could you have done differently to prevent the fallout from happening? If there was no way to prevent the fallout from occurring, what could you have done differently to defuse the disagreement in a respectful way? Take that in.
